Yes, you are absolutely correct. EU are already lifts the restrictions and GA can be allowed to flying any EU airports. I know it was last year where GA has been already lifts bans from EU blacklist. It won't have any common problems for this time. Hopefully GA will have try to more improvement the safety performance. They will have to take own responsible for passengers safety & the ground handling, too.
