Again, not that simple. There would have to be other indicators. How did you respond to my questions? Could you come up with another key ring with house keys etc? (You would be shocked at the amount of load vehicles encountered that the driver has absolutely nothing but the car key and an empty wallet and can not even tell you who owns the car). What is your behavior like while speaking to me? Do you know how the features on the car you are driving work? (Many load drivers can't tell you how to open the trunk or turn on the air conditioner or where the controls for the windshield wipers are) I will say it again. RS and PC are never based on one thing. You can disbelieve all you want but these procedures have worked for decades and have been upheld by the court system.
