No suite or lounge. The do have some suites, but would be unlikely to upgrade a Gold elite to them. Though it couldn't hurt to ask. If the hotel isn't too full, you might just get lucky.
As a Plat I did get one of their suite rooms once as an upgrade, but only that one time.
What I normally have received as an upgrade was an "ocean view" room. Usually on one of the top floors and close to the end of the wing which if you look out to your left you can see the water. But you would have a very nice view of the pool.
