Hi guys,

I remember reading a thread probably a month ago regarding a really nice way to complain which starts something like:

" Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your attention to .... and ending with please revert to me, a form letter will not suffice .... etc"

I really think that it is great and would like to use it to claim some missing mileage credit.
