Italian and seaside restaurants both offer a la carte dining. I have no a la carte experience with the main restaurant. I checked my folio from my 2-day business stay in summer '09:

italian dinner: $44 (1 or 2 glasses of wine, plus main course)
main resto: $78 (buffet lunch for three people, no alcohol)
seaside grill: $50 (included adult beverages)

As a HH Dia, full breakfast in the main resto (I believe it's called "Fresh") was comped during my stay.
