Has anyone had problems getting a response from emails to
[email protected]?
I sent an email a week ago - no response.
I sent another email yesterday - no response.
I tried to go to the .bomb ual.com website to send email using their website Contact Us page and got this error:
http://faq.ua2go.com/sessiontimeout.aspx
(and, it was not user error - I typed the message in twice within 60 seconds - no timeout possible)
Seriously, is letter or carrier pigeon the way to go with UAL?
