Asiana Customer Service/Comments email?
Does anybody know Asiana's customer service/comments email address or form? I had the most horrible experience with Asiana's rep in China. They seriously need to improve their customer service rep in China!
I had trouble choose seats through the website, as you all know the seat assignment is a challenge with Asiana's website. I called the airline's number in China. The first rep insisted me to supply my passport number to him even though I told him that my passport number wasn't recorded when I bought the ticket (bought ticket through travel agent). Then of course he couldn't find my info. And the phone was mysteriously hung up. I called back. The second rep told me he can't modify or change my seat assignment. I asked why. He said, because you already flew the outbound. I told him that wasn't the rep told me when I called before I left US. He yelled at me that he couldn't change my seat assignment. I said ok then. He hung up on me without saying goodbye or thank you for calling or anything like that. Then I called the rep in USA, after 7 minutes of waiting on international long distance, the rep in USA chose the seat for me within 1 minute.
What a difference!!!
I would appreciate if anybody has any info on how to make a complaint about my experience... Thanks!!^
