i found AA FA in domestic routes in general better than int'l route (quite contrary to one would have assumed), and there are exceptional ones from time to time. on bos-ord route i am usually very happy with the services.

SOS are quite common to the good FAs, for exceptional service i had sent feedback via the web for compliment. (i think this is even more valuable to them)
