Where are you going and what are the approximate flight times and dates? Normally I strongly prefer AMS because I can then take a nonstop AMS-MSP. Clearing customs and immigration at MSP is usually quick and easy, so that I have sometimes been home within a half hour of the plane touching the ground with no worries about delays causing me to miss the connection. However, I've recently noticed that the AMS routings (and sometimes CDG) are more expensive than ATL or JFK and cannot always be found easily on delta.dumb.
