ittlevoices mentions, if the online tool will let you make a reservation with that rate, then you are probably good to go.
As for interpreting the rules, I would have interpreted the rule to mean that the rate is valid for Sunday -Thursday nights between 1/1 and 4/1. It wouldn't be valid after April 1st at all.
