Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Agreed. I have done that a couple times recently. The "Cancel Itinerary" feature actually works quite well on the website, and the purchase price is refunded in a timely fashion.
