Just got off the phone from a looong talk with PCR. We booked an executive level room with two double beds about 3 weeks ago and now, a few days before arrival, we find out that they have put us in a king bed room!

After a long chat, we figured out that they would give us a two double bed exec room but a smoking one. Obviously this wouldn't work.

Now they are trying to palm us off with a slightly cheaper room, offering no refund or anything!

Should I seek some sort of discount, maybe one free night?
