And why would you get secondary if your name matches someone's name on the watch list? Once the airline and the TSA determine that you are not the droid they are looking for, then it is not necessary for the additional screening.
As to your first question I do not know. As to your second question, as far as I know if your name matches the name of the selectee list you receive secondary screening, and you have to contact DHS/TSA to have your name removed. I could be wrong.
