What would happen if the name on your Virgin America account is slightly different than your United account? Then it might trigger on one and not on the other.
And why would you get secondary if your name matches someone's name on the watch list? Once the airline and the TSA determine that you are not the droid they are looking for, then it is not necessary for the additional screening.
