I don't think so. Sometimes @AirpointsFairy grants wishes that have been requested a few days before. Just depends how many wishes have been asked for I guess. I think the requests tend to be lower if she hasn't tweeted something like "what are your wishes for today?" as that is a pretty big reminder to people to ask for something.
