I won't deny it, and the pictures do look quite substantial, but the CCR is the only place out of countless hundreds where I can remember ordering Eggs Bendict and got just one egg (hen's, small/medium) on half a muffin with a small piece of ham. I'm pretty sure there is one other place that does this - namely the Concorde Breakfast Room, but the one time I was there I was still asleep and the only proof I ever went there is a copy of the entry card they give you at the Arrivals Lounge desk - I can't remember a thing about it, except I do vaguely remember ordering EB.
Similarly, the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is done very well, and would form quite an adequate course as part of, say, a seven-course breakfast.
