Why oh why must I follow up over and over and over again with the OnePass Service Center? I utilize many of the miles-earning promotions such as car rentals, credit cards, and other deals offered on the CO website, but I'm always having to contact the OPSC to post the correct number of miles. They short me and don't give me bonuses I've earned.
They are slow to get back to me, or don't respond at all, and it's frustrating the p!ss out of me
If you offer a promo, post the miles correctly. Don't make the consumer jump through hoops!
I now keep a spreadsheet along with screenshots of each promo that I signup for so I have the info handy in case they need it.
I'm tired, oh so tired, of having to fight for every darned mile I'm earning through the CO promos. ugh....
