I'm sure there's always something hot available. I don't think you'd have to "wait for lunch". When you arrive they'll either be serving breakfast, or lunch, or some combination of the two.

Breakfast portions are small, in my experience, so if you're in a hurry (but it sounds like you won't be) or very hungry order a double portion or two things at once. "Eggs Benedict" would, for example, be more accurately named "Egg Benedict".
