Well, I was consider PH Paris at that time bec I haven't experienced my latest awful stay at PH Shanghai yet. I think PH is considered the top-tier of Hyatt chains and if service at "top tier" is as such, nothing much better can be expected. Sure it should just be a coincidence but then, I have no confidence on any hyatt hotels for that matter.
