Well, I was considering PH Paris at that time bec I haven't experienced my latest awful stay at PH Shanghai yet. I think if PH is considered the top-tier of Hyatt chains and if service at "top tier" is as such, nothing much better can be expected. Sure it should just be a coincidence of events unique to me but I have no more confidence left on any hyatt hotels for that matter and will avoid them in future.
