If you could divert a few stays this quarter to IHG, you could probably get very close to Platinum before your summer trip.

Did you...?

1) Fulfill the 6000 point partner promo for this quarter? (thread should be easy to find)

2) Take all three current surveys? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/13591668-post97.html - and some would recommend taking them in different languages, if you have a higher risk tolerance. (I don't.)

3) Sign up for all the current Q2 promos? That could turn a single stay into around 20k points, especially if you have never done the one-time bonuses. See the first page of the master promo thread and also post 98. You only get one Stay X Nights/Brands/Hotels promos per quarter, but there are currently "2 brands" for 10k points and "15 nights" for 15k points.

4) Sign up for e-statements for 250 points (there's a thread somewhere on it)

5) Check this thread for a summary of last year's bonuses. If you haven't earned them, you may still be able to achieve some. Probably want to do this last in case any conflict with current promos.

Your best plan may be to arm yourself with all the promos you can potentially qualify for and make a few stays. Should be able to get yourself very close.
