OMG!!!!!! I just found mine in yesterdays mail, and I came straight to the Hilton forum to post a thread. I see someone has beat me to it.

I have to say I hate it!!!!

I never received the black card last year even after requesting it twice. Now they send out this Southwest Airlines looking POS! It just reeks of cheapness.

What moron came up with this design?
