according to the payload/range chart 135 pax and bags can fly 1300 nm miles. you would need to add 8000 lbs or cargo on top of that to bring the range down to 780 miles which airlines would not do. They wouldn't fuel stop on a route to bring on extra cargo. That's what I mean by flying at max payload.
