Do I have to pay the $20 phone fee PER ticket issued if using LAN airlines as part of the trip? that would seem nuts as you cannot book LAN awards using Aadvantage online.
Any advise on how I can see if seats are available on LAN using AAdvantage points BEFORE talking to the agent?
(for *alliance I have used the ANA tool) is there a similar thing for AA [free sites]
