@oliver: how did you receive the VAT back as german resident? I am not so sure if we should leave this piece of information here because Rimowa might jump in and make problems if they read this (they dont allow discounts in Germany)!?? Maybe we can remove this?

What I would suggest in case you want to shop at worldshop is at to use one of the 10% - vouchers, which have been handed out during online checkin.

I am quite sure there are several people here who can send such a voucher to you in case you dont have any.
