You're right that your question is not in the right thread..there's a dedicated thread for new J layout and I'm sure you'd get more info from there. As we don't have Mods to move your question here? and it's your first post I'll give you a quick answer here.
JFK route has the biggest chance for the new 330 J but you can be lucky on any 330 route due to a/c rotation. Your best chance is to check from Amadeus and/or expertflyer.com but note that last minute changes are common...I've had new J "gone away" just days before the flight both on HEL-JFK and PEK-HEL so you'll never know for sure with just one or two new tubes around.
