This also happened to me last february when I applied for the continental 35,000 miles offer. No response, credit pulls, nothing. Originally I thought it was because the offer expired a few days after I applied. After I realized my application had not been received, I applied for the chase 30,000 miles, no annual fee offer and eventually got accepted after initially being denied. Worked out fine for me because I prefer the waived annual fee offer
