Ditto, I think post of the previous posts don't understand the difference between Kosher and Kosher for Passover.
So in a nut shell, during Passover Jews don't need anything with yeast (ie bread, pasta, and a bunch of other things including corn or corn products such as high fructose corn syrup.) As such there is a special kind of Kosher, called Kosher for Passover.
Jews don't eat those products during passover to remember the time they left Egypt and didn't have time to wait for their bread to rise which is where matzah came from.

I can just see a Kosher meal being prepared under rabbinical supervision and sealed and put in the freezer and taken out when required - like tommorrow (Tuesday, 3/30, First day of Passover)
