No. Look at the threads. Several theories have been advanced. You haven't presented any data that would enable us to test them.

Let's see how many BE seats are being colonized by NRSA on: ATL-LAX, and LAX-SYD. Then we'll see if there's concordance. That will tell us whether we should accept or reject the "NRSA" hypothesis.
