You always get an air conditioned bus, and for route 14 it got randomly subbed with single decker
actually, you're confusing the 14 with the 314. the 14 runs every day and is is always an air-con double decker, but the 314 that runs Sundays and PHs from Siu Sai Wan to Stanley is a single decker.
