Normally, when there's a schedule change to one of my itineraries, I have to call to get a customer service rep "release" the itinerary back into my control. The main reason I find this to be important is maintain access to exit row seats when flying in Y.

Today, I logged in and noted that my itinerary in May indicated there had been changes - this is the first time I've seen the website identify the change. Instead of having to call, dl.com allowed me to click a continue button in order to acknowledge the changes. For once...something I can take of in 2 seconds online vs. needing to call and speak to an agent.

Anyhow, I figured I'd share something somewhat helpful about the site!
