I just did BOS-SFO this weekend. First/Business check-in at BOS at 4:10 PM on Friday afternoon line was 10 min (coach looked ugly), and security line was non-existent if one walked down the concourse beyond the main checkpoint (towards the American Eagle/Reagan National gates; possibly the ORD gates) and then backtracked to the main corridor once inside security. The line for the main corridor looked to be ~20 min.

On Monday morning at 7:15 AM, at SFO first/business check-in was 10 min. Coach was long, but not significantly worse than any (pre 9/11) busy travel day. Two coach lines had been dedicated for reaccommodating NYC passengers (NYC airports closed due to crash). Security was about 15 min.
