I've had similar things like that from United, although generally in those cases, while the flight only changed by a couple of minutes, the flight changed from being a United mainline flight to United Express (or vice versa), coupled with a different aircraft and flight number as a result. Don't think I've ever had a call for a minor schedule change that didn't involve the flight number changing too.
