Seeing as Business is just $550 more, I would definitely go for it. The price difference is usually $1000+ on this route.

It's even more important for red-eyes (note that Biz on Asiana 744/330 that operates this route have lie-flat beds, instead of the recliner "cradle" seats that A_Lee is referring to).
