It's a warm handoff, with enerything generally set to go. I can accept that.

Think about it - how hard is it to train folks to manage all the different partner ticket combinations? Likely not easy. So you have fewer staff. But for a DM operation, you need a lot of staff. The solution is to have a lot of staff who can handle the calls quickly, and handoff to the experts when necessary, who are limited in number.
