Looks like overseas residents wont qualify for this one . I wont be expecting a targeted email anytime soon.

From the T&Cs:

Valid on travel from the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada to any United destination worldwide between April 1, 2010, and June 30, 2010.
