Ok, so I think the PM/DM line has gotten MUCH better, just like many of you the last 6 months of PM line has been an adventure and headache.

But why is it that every time, without fail, I must talk to the reissue desk? Didn't it work better before? Aren't the agents we talk to supposed to be the best of the best? Why can't they take care of fixing my travel? I know I'm a needy traveler...but come on!

Also the hold music if it were clear would make me not want to rip my hair out quite as bad.
