I got the same email. When I called, they then said someone had called me and I confirmed the change. This would have been impossible as nobody is at the number I gave them except for me so it would have been impossible for anyone else to have taken any call from them. Not really a big deal, just strange that they claimed they had talked to me when they hadn't.
