I am in my 11th year staying at this hotel for anywhere between 20 and 25 nights a year and I have never even seen a harbour view suite ( although I believe they do exist). I have also talked to a number of really frequent guests and the best they ever do is a partial harbour view ( partial is stretching it ) suite that faces the Pen. You are getting what everyone else gets as far as I can see. One thing, there are regular harbour view rooms and deluxe harbour view rooms and you want a deluxe if they will give it to you as they are bigger. They are the ones farther down the hall as you walk away from the elevator.
