It's disheartening to save up for a big trip and not be able to use them.

I say until they fix the dl.ripoff they shouldn't even charge to book a FF ticket over the phone!!
I too would keep calling back and MAKE SURE they are checking KQ, Kenya Airways from Paris, London and Amsterdam to Nairobi as well. I have booked that way two or three times!
Sometimes YOU have to tell THEM what to do!!
