No issues at all with anythign you are suggesting.

In Club World both having different status doesn't matter at all.

So just each of you book your own return.

It is possible for one person to do 2 outbounds and the other 2 returns, maybe it's worth checking on ba.com what the difference in taxes is if you do this.
