When I was young it seemed like the weddings would never stop. The last one I was in was in Savannah. Marriott seems like a good location.
Savannah is always in search of a good time; but when there is nothing to do in town, folks just head to the beach.
Use your Google; "Savannah tourism" or "jet ski rental Savannah".
seems like jetski rental might be $100 an hour maybe.
Savannah police are use to partying tourist; they've heard every story; so whatever you guys do, DO NOT try to bullsh*t the local police.
Take embarassing photos of the groom, so later the new wife can see what a mess she has hitched up with.
