I don't remember any lounges for domestic flights. You get a ticket for a free drink from one of the outlets near the boarding gate. Onboard you get US domestic first class seats. Ie 2x2, at least on all the flights with 737s. Food was pretty mediocre but probably better than Y and of course no alcoholic beverages. Its still worth the few $$$ above the Y fare.
