I was wrong for the first part of my statement. The fare I referred to was the old-type SU fare from IST to HAV (2 years ago).
Now that I looked to the rules [saved] I realised that was an MPM fare (very uncommon for SU).
But the question with HIF still remains. In fact it was asked in Mileage Run Forum already.
