It depends.... on one flight I took business from Cairo to Sharm the aircraft was configured with actual business class type seats in the front, while on another it was just curtained off with the middle seat blocked. You will get access to the lounges and they aren't bad in Cairo, and if you have to be bussed to the airport from the plane you get a business class bus so will arrive ahead of other passengers. Not sure the food difference is all that great - frankly their food offerings are pretty mediocre. T3 has a Star Alliance lounge and there is not separate domestic lounge. I don't remember there being a lounge in Sharm but may have forgotten. I just find it hard to get all excited about business class on Egyptair.
