OLCI always works for me US-UK, but never UK-US. I successfully enter the PR Card number and it seems to accept it, but then tells me it can't check me in (but doesn't ask for onward flight details — I've never heard of that happening until this thread started). Since I've never been in the position of relying on OLCI to get a U/G it's only irritating but not seriously annoying.
