Although I agree that including NRSA in the title is erroneous I can't help but wonder how many people would have read this thread had the title been "My praise for gate agents". It's all in the marketing, eh? Maybe that was your ploy all along.

And OP, I think you meant compliment not complement. Of course if you meant the letter to add to a previous letter then perhaps "this is a complement" to that first letter.
