Am going to be in Hong Kong for a day next weekend. Will be catching the 8pm United 0895 to Singapore. Figured it would be good to just check my bag in earlier in the day in the city itself so I could sightsee without it and then head down to the airport myself later.

Anyone know if this is possible? All the previous threads mentioning this topic are pretty old.
