I agree. Use to be able to always confirm SWU out of SYD while planning 6-12 months ahead. Now I can't seem to confirm anything. Even when I was unable to confirm, I would always see the upgrades come through a few weeks after booking. Now everything seems to be held up till a few days before departure. Definitely getting harder!
