Somewhat OT, but when BA cancelled my JFK-LHR flight I was given two US numbers to call to reschedule, one in a text message and one in a voice mail. Neither worked. I tried both numbers from multiple phones (my hotel phone and my New York mobile) and was told they were inactive numbers. So I had to call back home to the UK Silver line.
My patience with BA has worn pretty thin of late.
